CryptoStick's 100MB of storage isn't that much, but they claim it can do a lot of weird and wonderful things, and they are working on an AES256 version. The real problems arise when we start thinking about the possibility of much larger capacity storage devices with this kind of functionality embedded. One of my highly valued readers just dubbed this concept the "CryptoPod." Sounds like a sneakernet on steroids to me.
