Norway data

Not to be outdone by the Danes, the Norwegian regulator has also issued a mid-year market update, showing that 14% of broadband connections have broadband telephony subscriptions. That's 110k in all (the total has nearly doubled since the beginning of the year), of which 107k are residential users, and we know who has the largest share of this market (slide 12 has a precise breakdown). Also of interest is slide 10, showing pretty strong growth in broadband connections using "other technologies." This seems to suggest that Lyse's FTTH moves are gaining traction, and I am hearing that the company is going to become more aggressive in this area.
