Pipes - yours, mine, and ours

It seems clear from the preceding interview with OPTA chair Chris Fonteijn that OPTA believes the best solution for competition is a fully unbundled local loop. This would seem to be a validation of the single, neutral network platform models. One example, Amsterdam, is discussed in an interesting interview which uber-cyberfreund Gordon Cook did with Herman Wagter of the Glasvezelnet project (glad to say I made the introduction!), which subscribers to the Cook Report read a few weeks back.
